REDONDO is an SME specialized in the production of poultry products. They control the whole production process, with a feed mill (75.000t/y) in Pantoja (Toledo, Spain), production farms located in the central and west parts of Spain (Castilla La Mancha and Extremadura), and a slaughterhouse with a capacity of 6.000 broilers/h located in Leganés (Madrid). They commercialize their own poultry products, with white label and its own label. they produced 20.350 t (as carcasses, cutting chicken and elaborated products). REDONDO has expertise in previous National R&D projects, in particular in the project INCENTIVIA, in collaboration with other important Spanish poultry producers. Their participation in the project is based on the possibility that their facilities adapted to the development of trials in field conditions.
